We will meet with your discharge staff on a weekly or bi weekly basis to plan the delivery of a wide array of home rehabilitation equipment to patients who will be discharged. Our team will work with your patients to advise them of their insurance benefits and responsibilities either before discharge or at the time of the home in service and setup. We never just deliver a product, we make sure that the patient is properly fitted and understands how and why the device has been ordered. Compliance improves results and improved results help get patients back into motion!
