The Delta Twist™ combines two important functions in one: shock absorption and rotation. This vertical shock system offers independently adjustable internal and external rotation. Otto Bock’s unique design, featuring an adjustable tension setting and interchangeable elastomer plates, allows for adaptation to your patient’s weight and activity level.
Features
- Interchangeable elastomer plates, ranging from soft (red) to medium (yellow) to firm (green) allow you to adjust medial and lateral rotation independently, creating a softer, more elastic inner rotation at heel strike and a firmer, more biomechanically correct outer rotation during toe-off. In addition, one or both of the rotational directions can be suppressed with the extra hard (black) rotation plate.

A continuously adjustable tension setting along with interchangeable elastomer rods allow for precise adaptation to your patient’s weight and activity. This offers the end-user smooth dampening of shock forces at heel strike and provides a gentler, less fatiguing, and more natural gait.
