NEW! 453A3 Derma ProFlex Sleeve
The Derma ProFlex has a built in pre-flexion of 15°. This pre-flexion allows for easier bending of the knee and significantly reduces the amount of wrinkles in the knee fold while flexing the knee.
The patella can be very sensitive to too much pressure. Therefore, the Derma ProFlex has an anatomical pre-shaped patella built in. This reduces the pressure on the patella while bending the knee. The ProFlex is a sealing sleeve that is ideal for valve and Harmony systems.

454A7 Harmony® Sealing Sleeve*
The Harmony Sealing Sleeve is a urethane suspension sleeve featuring a new and improved cover which is tougher and smoother for wearing ease under clothing. It's special non-stick interior eases donning and doffing. Used in conjunction with the Harmony Volume Management System, the Harmony Sealing Sleeve creates the optimal sealed socket environment. Comes with a Gaiter Sleeve Protector to prolong sleeve life and maintain a good seal.
454A8 Harmony® Sealing Sleeve Tapered
The tapered version of the Harmony Sealing Sleeve is ideal for above-the-knee and larger below-the-knee prosthetic users. Used in conjunction with the Harmony Volume Management System, the Harmony Sealing Sleeve creates the optimal sealed socket environment.
454A6 VASS® Sleeve*
The VASS Sleeve is a soft and highly flexible urethane sealing sleeve designed to be used with the Harmony products. It features a nylon matrix cover designed to support without restricting knee motion. The VASS Sleeve has a thin (2.5mm) wall thickness and a non-stick interior surface. Comes with a Gaiter Sleeve Protector to prolong sleeve life and maintain a good seal.
454A11 Gaiter Sealing Sleeve Protector
The Gaiter is for use with the Harmony Sealing Sleeve and VASS Sleeve. The Gaiter is a device applied between the prosthetic socket and sealing sleeve which allows the sleeve to glide over the socket brim. The Gaiter will prevent air leakage through the punctured seal of a sealing sleeve, increasing its lifespan.
Derma Suspension Sleeves
Derma sleeves are fabricated with a smooth, stretchable knit outer shell and a polymer gel inner liner that reduces skin shear force, helps prevent chafing, and provides secure suspension.
