701E23=US Despatch Ovens (LBB2-27-1)
Digital controller with large, easy-to-read LED display. Operating range from 40°C to 204°C (104°F to 400°F). Minimum temperature achieved with 20°C air at fresh air inlet and damper fully open 4.8 KW open coil heater for rapid heat-up rates. Corrosion resistant type 304 2B stainless interior and ducting. Forced circulating airflow. Fan circulates air after it is heated to provide uniform heat distribution. Unique chamber design and 2 inches of high grade insulation to minimize heat loss, external thermal spots and air leakage. Unique airflow design for maximum temperature uniformity of ± 3°C at 150°C or ± 4°C at 204°C. Fan, heater and controls located above oven chamber for convenient access and to prevent spilled materials from reaching fan and heater. Solid state relays for proportioning temperature control. Two shelves can be easily removed and adjusted on 2" centers.

701E18=US PDQ Ovens (BT-3)
OTS has developed a new oven capable of bubble forming and heating sheet plastic while taking up a minimal amount of floor space. The BT-3 Infrared Oven is big enough to heat most of your KAFO sheet plastic and has enough drop for even the biggest check socket, but it only takes up a corner space in your lab.
The BT-3 features a bank of lights on the top as well as on the bottom providing efficient and even heating of bubble forming plastics. The BT-3 is truly the best of both worlds with its small size and large capacity.

701E19=US & 701E21=US PDQ Rollabout Ovens (6/B & 7/C)
The Rollabout models are an excellent solution whether you routinely heat large sheet plastic for hip spicas or just the occasional AFO or check socket. Two different sizes meet your thermoforming needs with a height adjustable tray.
The bottom of the Rollabout oven is a silicone epoxy coated tray, mounted on casters, which can be rolled to your vacuum area. No more burnt arms or trying to find a place to set down your hot plastic.
